Any fees associated with equipment leasing agreements are between you and the leasing provider. veltrionis is not responsible for payment processing or fee collection for leasing agreements.

The information provided through our Service is for general informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties or representations about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE, OR ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication. If you have any concerns about our Service, please contact us first at legal@veltrionis.top.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication, we encourage the use of mediation services before pursuing litigation. European Union consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Termination

These Terms are written in English. Any translations provided are for convenience only. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
